Participation and Risk
Users participate in our service at their own risk and in doing so will not hold DAB Football Pool responsible for any problems that may arise due to membership. There is no warranty or guarantee that our site will operate continuously or trouble-free.
Game Scores and Updates
Game scores and standings will be updated in a timely fashion but there is no guarantee that they will be updated live as games progress or immediately on game completion. At worst, you can expect that game scores and standings will be updated by the next day and at best, they'll be updated within 15 minutes upon game completion. Typically they'll be updated within 1 hour of game completion.
No Gambling Policy

DAB Football Pool retains the right to remove any message from our message boards at any time for any reason without notice.
User Account Management
DAB Football Pool retains the right to remove any user from our system for any reason at any time without notice.
