You must be invited to join a pool by a pool administrator:

• The administrator sends you an email invitation
• Click the invitation link in the email
• If you don't have an account, you'll be prompted to create one first
• Once you have an account, you can accept the invitation
• You'll automatically be added to the pool

Can't find the invitation email? Check your spam/junk folder and ask the administrator to resend it.

1. Go to "Games & Picks" from the main menu
2. You'll see all games for the current week
3. Click on the team logo or name you think will win each game
4. Enter your Monday Night Tiebreaker (total points in Monday's game)
5. Your picks are saved automatically as you make them

The Monday Night Tiebreaker is used to break ties in weekly standings:

• Enter the total combined points you think both teams will score in Monday Night Football
• For example, if you think the final score will be 24-17, enter 41 (24+17)
• The person closest to the actual total wins tiebreakers
• This is especially important for weekly prizes or close standings

Strategy tip: Look at team averages and defenses to make an educated guess!

Yes, but only until the game starts!

• You can change picks for any game that hasn't started yet
• Once a game begins, picks are "locked" and cannot be changed
• Games with a ?? lock icon cannot be modified
• Make sure to finalize your picks before kickoff times

If you don't make picks for games:

• You'll receive 0 points for those games
• Your weekly standings will be affected
• Your season total will be lower
• You cannot make up missed picks after games start

How to avoid missing picks:

• Enable email reminders in your account profile
• Set phone/calendar reminders for Tuesday (when new games are available)
• Make picks early in the week

1. Click your name in the top-right corner
2. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
3. Update any of the following settings:
• Display Name: How you appear in leaderboards
• Email Reminders: Weekly pick reminder emails
• Team Display: Show team names vs. city names
• Timezone: For accurate game times
4. Click "Save Changes" to update your profile

Use the pool selector in the top navigation bar:

1. Look for the pool dropdown menu in the top-right area
2. Click on the current pool name to see all your pools
3. Select a different pool from the list
4. The page will refresh and show information for the selected pool

You can have different display names and settings for each pool you're in.

1. Go to "My Pools" in the main navigation
2. Click "Create New Pool"
3. Enter a unique pool name
4. Configure leaderboard settings (who can see standings)
5. Click "Create Pool"
6. You'll automatically become the administrator

After creating a pool, you can invite members and configure additional settings.

1. Go to "My Pools" and click "Details" next to your pool
2. Click "Invite Members" in the Quick Actions section
3. Enter email addresses of people you want to invite
4. Optionally mark them as "Paid" if they've already paid pool fees
5. Click "Send Invitations"

Each person will receive an email with a unique invitation link. They'll need to create an account (if they don't have one) and accept the invitation.

Remember: All overrides are permanently logged with your name and reason.

1. Go to your Profile (click your name in the top-right)
2. Look for the timezone setting
3. The system should auto-detect your timezone, but you can manually change it
4. Save your changes
5. Refresh the Games page to see updated times

If times are still incorrect after updating your timezone:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies
• Try refreshing the page
• Contact support if the problem persists

Scoring is straightforward:

• Correct pick: 1 point
• Incorrect pick: 0 points
• No pick made: 0 points

Leaderboard rankings are based on:

1. Total number of wins (correct picks)
2. Win percentage (wins divided by total games)
3. Monday Night Tiebreaker (for weekly ties)

Some pools may have additional scoring rules set by the administrator.

Leaderboard visibility depends on your pool's settings:

• Enabled: All pool members can see standings
• Disabled: Only pool administrators can view results
• Some pools show weekly but not season standings (or vice versa)
• Administrators can always see leaderboards regardless of settings

If you think you should be able to see leaderboards but can't:

• Make sure you're viewing the correct pool
• Contact your pool administrator
• Check if you're looking at the right week/season
